Order Forms for shirts are due by Friday Morning on September 28th, 2018. Please submit your order or you have another chance next spring. The cougar shirts are $5.00 dollars and the PTA Cannaday shirts are $10.00 dollars. They came in both children and adult sizes. We accept exact cash and checks. Checks can be made out to “Cannaday PTA”. We will be submitting the order to our supplier on Friday Afternoon. If you need a extra order form, please ask the front office. Thanks!
